Mission Statement

The Affinity Center is dedicated to being the finest and most comprehensive facility of its kind in the country.  We are passionately devoted to providing quality care to an underserved and often misunderstood group of people.  The real power to change is in the hands of our clients and their families.  Understanding and cultivating that power, the power to change one's life and to realize one's full potential, is our primary goal.

Today

Our clients come to us with a vareity of concerns and other psychological diagnoses, in addition to ADHD.  Therefore, we offer psychotherapy and counseling services, coaching, medical consultation, and educational evaluation and recommendations for individuals ranging in age from preschool through late adulthood.  Furthermore, we understand now more than ever that attention is a result of a complex neurobiological system in which the optimal treatment results are achieved within The Affinity Center's model of treatment. 

We have also come to appreciate that clients with varied and specialized needs are often still not able to find adequate care in our community.  The Affinity Center specializes in treating this type of client and family.  Our staff physicians have broad interest and expertise in the treatment of a variety of medical and psychological difficulties; thus, we are able to accomodate a wide range of client needs.  Our treatment team also includes psychologists, clinical social workers, and speech and language specialists.  

We are committed to remaining flexible and open to options that may enhance the lives of our clients.  This holistic approach to treatment is one of the primary qualities that our clients have reported sets us apart from other treatment centers and providers in the community.
